PixelPlex started out as a small web development studio about 10 years ago. In 2013, the main focus was shifted to blockchain and DLT, and now 90% of our ongoing projects are blockchain-related.

We have representative offices in New York and Amsterdam, while our development center is located in Minsk, Belarus. Most of our clients are companies based in the US, Europe and Asia.

Due to company’s expansion PixelPlex is looking for a talented, highly-motivated and experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for:

  • Active B2B sales to clients all over the world (mainly US and Europe);

  • Searching for and engaging with new clients;

  • Developing the existing customer base and managing client relationships;

  • Mentoring Jr. Sales Managers;

  • Participating in marketing and sales events;

  • Reporting to Head of Business Development.

MUST HAVE:

  • 2+ years of work experience as a sales/business development manager in IT (outsourcing);

  • Fluent spoken and written English;

  • Work experience with native English-speaking clients;

  • Strong communication & management skills;

  • Ability and desire to learn new information and grow professionally;

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines;

  • Leadership qualities and goal-driven attitude.

WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE:

  • Native or proficient English;

  • Experience of living abroad;

  • Technical background.
